Wholesale Terms and Conditions
First Time Buyers
Hi and welcome! There is a $96 minimum for first time orders. Payment is due upon shipment for new orders. For orders taken by mail or in person, we will contact you the day before shipment to let you know your card will be charged, to send an invoice, or to collect payment info if necessary. Please feel free to contact Amy for more information about products, and bestsellers, for a print copy of the line sheet or with any other questions.
Returning Customers
There is no minimum to reorder for online or prepaid orders. We offer NET 30 terms to reorders, with a minimum reorder of $84.
Order Fulfillment
All print and greeting card orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks; however, most in-stock items can be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-6 weeks for wood panel orders.
Additional charges may apply for expedited orders. All orders are packaged and shipped with the utmost care, but if items listed on the invoice are missing or damaged, please contact us within one week of receipt so that items may be reshipped or replaced.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Insured mail from San Francisco, CA. Buyer pays all shipping costs for orders under $250; typically this cost does not exceed $8-$15. Orders for $300+ ship for free. Delivery on all orders within San Francisco city limits is free of charge! Items ship upon payment unless NET 30 terms apply.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted on damaged items only. Please contact us within one week of receipt of damaged goods for a refund/exchange and for instructions on returning the damaged prodect. Exchanges of older items for new artwork will be accepted if items are in mint condition and if the exchange occurs within one year of the orginial receipt.
